Blackwake is a multiplayer naval FPS where players work together to destroy and sink other enemy ships. The goal of the game is the sink the all of the other team’s ships and have the most kills by the end of the match. Blackwake is produced by Mastfire Studios Pty Ltd, and is an excellent example of how a team FPS game can merge with naval combat.

Overall, Blackwake is an excellent game. Surprisingly good graphics plus very good sound design all work together to create a great atmosphere of ship-on-ship combat. While there is no single-player aspect, the excellent multiplayer works well in today's increasingly multiplayer game base. If Blackwake continues on with its base gameplay and explains it, it could be an excellent game coming out of early access.
